What It Is
Nomad is a universal AI identity layer — a companion that travels with the user across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Llama, and every Aurum app. It captures interactions, builds a substrate-agnostic memory, and syncs symmetrically between devices without requiring a central server. The same Nomad that knows you on your phone knows you on your desktop and at work. No re-introductions. No lost context.
Nomad is also the human-facing voice of the Aurum Sphere swarm — it translates raw fragment-shaped swarm output into plain conversational English using templated synthesis. No external LLM sits in that translation path. The substrate stays sovereign. Nomad makes the swarm sound like something you'd want to talk to. Android, iOS, Chrome extension, Windows, and Mac variants all exist and are in internal testing.
